Are items made to order?
Yep. We’re print-on-demand, which cuts waste and lets us drop fresh designs more often.
How long does production take?
Usually ~2–5 business days to print and prep. During busy seasons, it can run a little longer.
How long does shipping take to Australia?
After fulfilment, delivery to most Australian addresses is typically 8-20 business days. Remote areas can take a little longer. You will get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We cover defects and issues lodged within 30 days of delivery, with free return or replacement shipping and no restocking fees. Change of mind on made-to-order isn’t eligible.
