Returns Policy
We want you to be stoked with what you ordered. If something’s wrong, we’ll sort it out—simple as that. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, and we’ll cover return shipping for approved returns. There are no restocking fees.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return unless they’re faulty, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
How to Start a Return
To start the process, email returns@yourfaithstyle.com with your order number and a quick explanation of what’s wrong.
Please wait for our reply and approval before sending anything back — returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn or unused (trying it on is totally fine)

Tags and original packaging are preferred but not essential

You’ll need proof of purchase
Items can be opened, and sale items (that are not final sale) can be returned if faulty.

We do not accept returns for:

Wrong size (we include detailed sizing on every product page — please double-check before ordering)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, email us at returns@yourfaithstyle.com.
Your Rights Under Australian Law
Your Faith Style follows Australian Consumer Law. This means you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or not fit for purpose — even if it was opened or on sale. These protections do not apply to change-of-mind purchases or size issues.
